Moving your WHOOP to a new band takes a minute. See the step-by-step guide.

Charm bars slide onto the band; charm clips clip over it. All of them fit the original WHOOP bands for WHOOP 4.0, 5.0 and MG.
Care

Knit and nylon: hand wash in cool water with mild soap and air dry flat.

Silicone: rinse with fresh water after training.

Leather: keep it dry and wipe with a dry cloth.

Charms: take them off before swimming or showering.
