Swapping a band takes under a minute. No tools.

Release the old band
Open the clasp and slide the band off the sensor.

Slide the new band on
Line up the sensor and push until it sits flush.

Check it sits flat
The sensor sits flat on the skin and the clasp is closed. Done.
After the swap
Sample: care text to be confirmed with the supplier.

Charging
The sensor charges as usual. The band stays on your wrist.

Washing
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Air dry. No tumble dryer.
