Knit and nylon bands
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Rinse, press out the water, air dry flat. No tumble dryer, no bleach, no iron. [Supplier: confirm.]
Silicone bands
Rinse with water after sweat or salt water. Wipe dry. Keep away from solvents and perfume. [Supplier: confirm.]
Leather bands
Keep dry. Wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking, sweat-heavy workouts and direct heat. [Supplier: confirm.]
Charms
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Remove before swimming or showering until the supplier confirms water resistance. [Supplier: confirm materials and water resistance.]
Skin
Rinse and dry the band and your skin regularly, and give your wrist a break if it gets irritated. Stop using a band that causes a reaction.
