Which WHOOP do your bands fit?
Our bands are designed for WHOOP 5.0. They are not for WHOOP 4.0. We will only list MG once we have tested it ourselves.
Do I need to know my size?
No. Every ClaspLab band is one size.
Which bands can wear charms?
Any 22 mm band. That includes the original WHOOP bands for WHOOP 5.0 and MG, and our Charm-Ready bands: Knit Duo, Knit Metal, Luxe and Leather. Look for the Charm-Ready mark on our bands.
How do I put a charm on?
Charm rings and charm bars slide onto the band; charm clips clip over it. All of them fit any 22 mm band, including the original WHOOP 5.0 and MG bands.
Can I wear charms in water?
Take charms off before swimming or showering.
Can I return it?
Yes. Return any item within 100 days for any reason. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty. EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The details are in our refund policy.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Europe, so there are no import fees for EU customers. Shipping is free on orders over €70; below that, the rate for your country is shown at checkout.
