Moving your WHOOP to a new band takes a minute. See the step-by-step guide.
Charm rings and charm bars slide onto the band; charm clips clip over it. All of them fit any 22 mm band, including the original WHOOP 5.0 and MG bands.
Care
Knit and nylon: hand wash in cool water with mild soap and air dry flat.
Silicone: rinse with fresh water after training.
Leather: keep it dry and wipe with a dry cloth.
Charms: take them off before swimming or showering.
